Lavender is one of them. This beautifully scented plant has a soothing and calming aroma, perfect for easing the aches & pains of headaches. Lavender also helps to promote the growth of healthy skin cells and contains antibacterial properties. Perfect for the bath, lavender absorbs well into the skin and is commonly used in face and body moisturizers.

Honey has been used for centuries, in fact right back to Cleopatra days. Though for your skin's sake, it's best not to get sunburnt in the first place!

We have only just touched on the surface of the natural products contained in the skin care products and with so many options available to us these days, it really is worth looking into how you can prevent your skin from aging and taking a little bit of extra time for yourself to develop your own beauty routine.
